Delphi was set up in January 2002 by a team originally from Heidrick & Struggles who left to join Korn/Ferry and subsequently founded Delphi. All Consultants come from the financial industry. They bring with them broad, deep and relevant domain expertise.

Delphi works with a select number of clients. A smaller number of clients implies a more effective partnership and ensures that confidentiality and quality of search are maintained. We provide a bespoke service, forging close personal relationships with both clients and candidates.
