The Founder:
Sally
Yap
Sally is Managing Partner and Founder of Delphi. Educated in Montreux
(Switzerland), Paris and London before relocating to Hong Kong, Sally has
been in executive search since 1996 initially with Heidrick
& Struggles and thereafter, Korn/Ferry. At both
firms, she led their Financial Services Practice. Prior to Executive Search,
Sally's professional career began on the buy-side with Baring Asset
Management. She subsequently transitioned to the sell-side with James Capel
and SBC Warburg. Prior to the sell-side, she had a stint at Chase's UHNI
Private Banking team. Her vast network of contacts in the industry has been
invaluable to the success of Delphi. Well-known for her passion for the
business and commitment to her clients, she brings the highest degree of
professionalism and objectivity to clients and candidates hence forging a
high level of mutual trust and credence.
Sally
is a graduate of the Chelsea School of Art & Design, London.
